Follow-up Comment #6:

Adding target of 1.4.1 for remaining work with NO_SYS=1

Would be good to at least update (before 1.4.0) the NO_SYS=1 case so that it
doesn't try to reclaim ooseq pbufs: better to run out of pbufs than to corrupt
the stack.
