Follow-up Comment #1, bug #30039 (project lwip):
The increment of the IP address can be inserted just before the 3 calls to
autoip_start in autoip.c. In all of these cases the call is to resolve a
conflict and the address to try must be changed. Then the calls to
autoip_start from dhcp won't be changing the IP address.
