After more than 2 months, it's time to ask the question again: anyone 
against releasing 1.4.0 right now?
All bugs, tasks and patches targeted at that version are fixed, and I'd 
really love to get a new stable version out (seeing the many changes 
since 1.3.2).

@Kieran: If you're short on time, I might be talked into doing the work 
that's necessary for the release (or the RCs, rather), just email me.
