[lwip-devel] [patch #7685] contrib: Add contrib/ports/unix/check to run unit tests

Follow-up Comment #4, patch #7685 (project lwip):

I based the unix check opts file on ports/win32/include/lwipopts.h and then
had to do some changes for it to build. Shouldn't there be one in
ports/win32/check that works? Or can you attach one you use?

I have a buildbot running now at http://lwip.kryo.se:8010/grid and it builds
the unit tests, as well as the lib, minimal and unixsim projects (with varying
success) on Linux 32bit.
