Details:


I successfully used the provided sntp contrib module, but in my project, the
user defines the NTP server so I need to be able to stop or restart.
The new function sntp_stop() can work only when SNTP is built using Raw API,
but this is no problem using NO_SYS=0, you just new to use tcpip_callback() ->
doc updated
I think we should remove socket support as it's not complete and not needed
anyway.
