[lwip-devel] 1.4.1 RC1

Hi all,

from my point of view, the DEVEL-1_4_1 branch is ready to be released as 
RC1. Although bug #25882 (https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?25882) is 
still open and marked for 1.4.1, I think the current state (ensuring we 
have at least 2 segments per window) is good enough to be released.

Kieran, anything I can do to help? I can tag the branch and create the 
ZIP files if you're OK with the current state?
