Details:

This is a patch with three DHCP unit tests that were built internally at my
company. They use a minimal netif and have some prepared packets that are
injected to simulate the DHCP server.

Note: I did not fix the makefile for win32. You need to add test_dhcp.c to the
list of files to build.

(Use `git am file` to apply the patch and keep author information.)
