Details:

In nd6 the Queuing feature can be switched on or off. Switching it off will
create an compiler error since there is a missing #ifdef LWIP_ND6_QUEUING in
the nd6_new_router() function. I added a patch which remove this error.

I'm using the GIT master branch.
