Details:

Hello. I have completed generating and checking of checksum in HW by disabling
options CHECKSUM_CHECK_ICMP, CHECKSUM_CHECK_ICMP6 and CHECKSUM_GEN_ICMP6. 
Tested on ARM ST32F407 on both IPv4 and IPv6.
