Follow-up Comment #1, bug #38714 (project lwip):
I wonder why this didn't seem to be a problem, yet. Maybe because "RELEASE"
isn't used often? Anyway, here are two lines to support the requested change
(from RFC2131):
"If the client used a 'client identifier' when it obtained the lease, it MUST
use the same 'client identifier' in the DHCPRELEASE message."
"The client identifies the lease to be released with its 'client identifier',
or 'chaddr' and network address in the DHCPRELEASE message."
