Follow-up Comment #1, bug #42299 (project lwip):
I've been running for a while with the following added to tcp_abandon()
if (pcb->state == CLOSED) {
if (pcb->local_port != 0)
TCP_RMV(&tcp_bound_pcbs, pcb);
}
It fixed the problem and I haven't seen any other strangeness (yet).
