Details:

Servers are configured at runtime; manually added either by name or by
address, by runtime config option (all names, all addresses).
Do not configure for names if you'll be getting your servers from DHCP.

Getting servers from DHCP requires patch #8361 to be applied to lwIP 1.4.1 in
order for DHCP code to call ntp_setserver() to add server(s).
