Follow-up Comment #8, bug #44565 (project lwip):

Another option, for this and other cases is:

Now we use msg->type == TCPIP_MSG_INPKT

Maybe we should add some new types such as TCPIP_MSG_INPKT_PPPOS,
TCPIP_MSG_INPKT_ETHERNET, TCPIP_MSG_INPKT_6LOWPAN, etc

Then we don't need all these flags.
