Details:

Introduced with commit 987f6237c4d1c5866fea840a5ea46ae4d59f1ecd the ppp output
function has no more processed raw packages.

Previously, all PCB with an unknown ccp_transmit_method were processed w/o any
compression methode. With the commit "PPP, MPPE, drop input/output packets if
we couldn't find the chosen decompressor/compressor" as far as all packages
will be droped.

In the case of PPP links w/o MPPE we would lost the complete PPP output.
