Details:

Sometimes it will become difficult to investigate the reason of dropped
packages when there is no debug notification that it was happen.

Hi Sylvian,

this patch was really helpful to me to found the CCP up / no compression bug
we have discussed the last days. Would be nice to see this two error messages
about the reason of dropped packages when we have enable PPP debug.
