Follow-up Comment #12, bug #47334 (project lwip):

It is. And although I could not test it, from reading the code I don't know
how that would happen. There are simply no allocations involved in the 6lowpan
file other than the 22 byte per fragmented packet.

Maybe you did not call lowpan6_tmr()?
