Follow-up Comment #1, bug #48728 (project lwip):
As a more generic approach, I'll move protocol definitions to a new
subdirectory in 'includes/lwip':
includes
lwip
prot
ip4.h
dhcp.h
nd6.h
etc...
That way we can have cleaned up lwip api header files while keeping the
structs, defines, etc. reusable in header files for anyone to include.
