I'm going to leave this task open for additional implementation of
if_nameindex and if_freenameindex. The remaining part of my old patch has
these too, but I've got to clean it up for LWIP_MPU_COMPATBILE support. These
APIs are a little more complicated because if_nameindex returns dynamic memory
