Follow-up Comment #28, patch #8882 (project lwip):

Now that 2.0.1 is out (for some time), let's work on this again.

If I'm not mistaken, the first thing we need to really get a performance
improvement is a decent implementation of adding preallocated (and prefilled)
pbufs to a tcp pcb?
