Follow-up Comment #2:

Actually, this is not a bug. See it as a cleanup:
- data that is volatile (PBUF_REF, e.g. poining to application buffer on stack
via socket API) needs to be copied
- PBUF_RAM or PBUF_POOL does *not* need to be copied unless referenced
somewhere else (OK, this is not taken care of, yet)

This is so because pbuf reuse is forbidden after TX.
