Follow-up Comment #9:

Ignore previous comment, NETCONN_EVT_RCVMINUS cases hit the "goto
no_select_wakeup" and never touch the select_cb_list code, so while core lock
is not held 
for these instances of event_callback, it's ok.  Sorry for the noise, closing
again :)
