Details:

I just found the unbalance SYS_ARCH_PROTECT while reading the code.
The code is there since 2011, so I'm not sure if I misunderstand something or
not.

Note: I don't use slipif so this is not tested.

Fixes: 3d1a306518a5 ("SLIP netif: add support for multiple input strategies
(threaded, polling, RX from ISR)")
