Folks,
Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a reason
why the version of inet_ntoa() that comes with LWIP
is different than what I think is the standard?
LWIP: u8_t *inet_ntoa(u32_t addr);
LINUX/SOLARIS: char *inet_ntoa(struct in_addr in);
I realize that functionally they're the same; however,
they're not interchangeable at compile time. This isn't
a big deal, but it causes changes to code that comes
from other environments, so it seems like it should
abide by the calling syntax used most often.
Or am I just confused?
