There is a copy in the download area on savannah:

Does anyone know if this is "up to date" (with respect to the 0.7.2
release)?

I'm not sure of the exact CVS command (it's so long since I've done a
clean checkout) but the things you need to know are here:

E.g.:
export CVS_RSH=ssh
cvs -z3 address@hidden:/cvsroot/lwip co contrib

(where you'll need to substitute your username in place of "user")
