[lwip-users] Dose the new version of lwIP has the option of SWS support?

I recently read the report of an old version of lwIP, but it says the lw 
implement 
internally a SWS mechanism, but it is not helpful in real-time task. How 
can I remove 
that mechanism in lwIP? 
Dose the new version of lwIP has the option of SWS support?
