Yes, that's the one...thanks for finding it. In general, it looks like it
would port easily to any OS that has a posix style of interface for threads,
etc. If you don't use such an OS then at least it could serve as a working
reference.

Did you use this one?

It comes under a BSD license and I found it googling for intel upnp sdk.
Intel seems to have moved on to other tools by now, maybe these are worth
exploring, too.
