[lwip-users] [PATCH 0/7] lwip: lwip/src changes

The following seven patches clean up some warnings and made my life
easier. They came about through learning about lwip while porting to a
new rtos and writing a driver. Most of the warnings are probably
related to using gcc 4.1.2 which is a bit more picky than earlier
version.

These patches are against cvs -D2007.09.17.14.00.00

cd lwip/src
patch -p5 <emails
