No, for memory, this is the normal behavior: once a DHCP server is started, you should 
got a dynamic IP address to replace the "local" one. Do you want to stay on the 
local one?

In my case, once dhcp has "expired" (57 seconds), AUTOIP affects an address and DHCP will not affect an address anymore.
