I don't, but I think there are users of uCOS around on the mailing
lists.

It's best to post to either lwip-users or lwip-devel but not both at the
same time.  A question like this probably belongs on lwip-users.  lwip-
devel is for discussion of changing and developing lwip, not how to use
or port it.
