0.7.0 is *very* old. You're unlikely to get much support for it because
there's a good chance that any bugs you're reporting have been fixed in
later versions. I would suggest upgrading to lwIP 1.3.0 (or 1.3.1 in a
few weeks when it is released) and try again.
