[lwip-users] pcb(protocol control block)

hello every one.i cant understand what the pcb is doing exactly? for example
in tcp_in.c file  it has tcp_input function inside it which is pcb is a part
of tcp_input . it wasn't config before but it is the only input of
tcp_output function which is in the tcp packet send process
