Hi,

First of all its RAW and not ROW :-)

The simplest will be to download STM32F example code for their 
evaluation board.

you will have a full example including a basic HTTP server.

Download also the contribution package for LwIP. It has lots of examples.

Actually the RAW mode is easy to use once you understand it.

I'm working with STM32F207xx
I worked a lot with BSD socket on PC so I know what is it on high level. I
think the best would be to see a good example of ROW and netcon. Can you
suggest something? I need TCP/IP server side.
