"lpr" (in lower case) is a Unix print command. It is probably compiled into
your lynx binary.
Quick fix: rename your print command to"LPR", or, alternatively, make a
copy of it or a batch file that calls it, named "LPR". The latter may be
the best way, it will allow you to manipulate the parameters passed by
lynx and put them in the form needed by your OS/2 print utility.
The "right" way: edit the lynx source to put in the name of the command you
want to use, and recompile.
