Hello,
I just noticed that lynx is now patched to use autoconf, as many other
free softwares. I downloaded 2-7-1ac.0.93 and tried to compile it in a
separate directory as I (and many others) usually do, especially when one
must produce binaries for more than one platform.
But that failed with :
[ configure messages ]
updating cache ./config.cache
creating ./config.status
creating makefile
mkdir: "WWW/Library/unix": No such file or directory
creating WWW/Library/unix/makefile
./config.status: WWW/Library/unix/makefile: cannot create
creating src/makefile
creating src/chrtrans/makefile
creating lynx_cfg.h
cd WWW/Library/unix && gnumake CC="gcc" \
LYFLAGS=""
/bin/sh: WWW/Library/unix: bad directory
gnumake: *** [all] Error 1
Is that already worked on ?
Thanks in advance
