The development code has had changes to avoid some screen refreshes after
searches for quite a while. Recently other more general changes were made
to reduce unnecessary screen repainting, which may or may not affect you
depending on what display library you use.
If these changes don't work for you, please report the specific problems
with a specific version. As your message was written, I have no clue what
version you are talking about or how it was compiled.
