        I just tried it, and lynx272ssleay.zip is still there.

        Check (*) Yes for everything on the affirmation form, and
submit it to get the authorized cover page (otherwise, you get one
with links to other sites with encryption-related stuff, none of
which have the SSL hooks for Lynx).  Then on that page, ACTIVATE
the "raw http" or "raw ftp" link for a directory listing, and go
into the SSL subdirectory of that.
