As far as I was aware, the download print and save screens were not
HTML but were coded menus in lynx. That is the spacing being described.
Here's an example. Here's what my lynx 2.7.1 printing options menu
looked like:
----
Lynx Printing Options
Printing Options (Lynx Version 2.7.1)
There are 299 lines, or approximately 5 pages, to print.
You have the following print choices.
Please select one:
Save to a local file
Mail the file
Print to the screen
no format default printer
postscript default printer
weblint page
MOST printer
Use vt100 print sequence to print from your local terminal
----
and here's what the latest 2.7.1 development menu looks like:
----
Lynx Printing Options
Printing Options (Lynx Version 2.7.1ac-0.115)
There are 298 lines, or approximately 5 pages, to print.
You have the following print choices.
Please select one:
[1]Save to a local file
[2]Mail the file
[3]Print to the screen
[4]no format default printer
[5]postscript default printer
[6]weblint page
[7]MOST printer
[8]Use vt100 print sequence to print from your local terminal
----
The missing white space between the Please select one and the options
I think is what is being missed.
Hmm - that's interesting. The same page has two different line counts,
depending on which version of lynx is used....
