I believe the list of references is included when
links_are_numbered and omitted when keypad_is_arrows.  At least,
try it where you have arranged so that the k)eypad mode setting
is arrow keys when the batch -dump lynx process runs.  This is
from vague memory of when it may have changed several years ago.
