Not compile-time, but run-time.  This should be admin- and
user-configurable.  For captive accounts, it would be admin-only
configurable (as the user cannot pass command-line arguments, change
.lynxrc, or point LYNX_CFG to a different configuration file).  For
normal user accounts it would be fully configurable.  Just like so many
other Lynx options.

This is good... compatibility with existing de facto standard, gains
some decent benefits, easily remembered, etc.  The implementation of the
'\' command might then be simplified to just edit the current URL,
either adding or removing the "view-source:" prefix as appropriate.
