lynx-dev cookie handling idea -- "max expire time"

An interesting idea was brought up by a friend on IRC, and I was wondering
if anyone else liked the idea and felt like it should be implemented.

Basically, it's a user-definable max expire time for cookies. 

For example, if a cookie has no expire time set, or is set to some time
way in the future (and this option is set), re-set the expiration date to
(current time + max expire time).

I like the idea.
