lynx-dev configure and bash2

Hi, Lynx people.
I just report here, a problem of 'configure' which I
experienced with bash 2.01.1 and released lynx2.8.
bash2 has stricter grammer default than older version,
so this happened, I guess.
what I changed for 'configure' is attached below.
without that, you see error message like :
'this make doesn't support include.'
This only happens when you define bash2 as /bin/sh,
so, this should not often happen.
I don't know problem is in autoconf or just script, though...
