it's ok to change - but we've no testers so far for VMS (aside from broken
ifdef's or things like the LYAddPathSep vs LYAddHtmlSep, I don't know of
any impact on VMS so far - but I'd like to be able to test VMS).
(installing lynx.cfg in lynx_help will, btw, make the process more error-prone)
