I think this bug has been in lynx for a while.  The recent discussion
about LYNXDOWNLOAD:// suddenly made me remember.

Basically, lynx properly handles the case when a user attempts to do a
"G"oto within lynx to an internal LYNXDOWNLOAD:// URL and rejects it.

However, if I try it at the command line as the initial start URL, it
always core dumps.  OS is SunOS 4.1.4.
