Lloyd:

I found the problem.  It was the directory: "d:\program files".  For some
reason Lynx did not understand that there was a space between "program" and
"files" or couldn't see past it; therefore couldn't find the files I was
pointing to.  I moved the Lynx directory to the "D" route directory and
everything works fine.
