Dear LynxDev,

I'm writing to you on behalf of one of our customers who is using Lynx
version 2.8.1 2nd release to access our internet website at
www.huntington.com.  He is having difficulty in accessing the part of our
website where account information resides.  We are currently having our
support company (S-1) who maintains our website, review the situation to
see if they can figure out why this customer is having problems accessing
our site.

Is there anything  you can do to help us figure out why he is having these
problems?  We normally recommend all of our internet banking clients use
either the 128-bit browser from MicroSoft or Netscape.  The Lynx browser is
one we have very little experience in dealing with so any assistance you
can provide would be great.
