also with 2-8-2dev.19 : they need the cookie
so they can give you the times of your favorite cities whenever you visit.
the main deficiency of the site is lack of an author's e-address,
to tell them to clean up their unwelcoming welcome page:
i've tried using c , but don't know yet if it will work.
