This is malformed. You should have %20, not raw spaces in URLs. In
addition, I'm not sure that the full RFC 822 syntax is allowed in this
context - if it is not, the exact mail software on the system may affect
whether or not this works - it appears to work for sendmail 8.8.8.
Note also, that although this was in early HTML standards, it was dropped
following the singular failure of GUI browsers to adopt it, even though
they subsequently added META AUTHOR, with no mechanism to mail the author.
