As of "[nn]" there is a workarond in SOURCE_CACHE mode:
we may switch "keypad_mode" to NUMBERS_AS_ARROWS temporarily,
than HTreparse_document(), print source as intended, switch keypad mode back
and reparse again so user visible output will not be affected.

Of cause, two reloading rather annoying without SOURCE_CACHE.
