I keep a slightly different approach: have lynx.cfg.local defined in
LYNX_CFG environment and include system lynx.cfg from the top of
lynx.cfg.local - this allows me to avoid any changes in the
distribution' lynx.cfg but have it handy for comments/defaults/
new features list.
