You didn't state your operating system, but from the form of the
filename, it looks like you might be on DOS or Windows. I don't know
of source available for SENDMAIL.EXE on DOS or Windows. CP.EXE and
MV.EXE are available in several ports. The GNU source code is readily
available from any of the GNU mirrors in the fileutilities package.
MV.EXE is no longer used in DOS or Windows ports of lynx. Where did
you get your binaries?
